英國AVENA沒藥精油

古籍記載沒藥被視為相當珍貴的藥草，有時甚至以黃金秤重計量。沒藥精油源自低矮、多刺的沒藥樹之黏稠樹脂，數百年來因內服外用等健康功效受世人所用。歷史上，沒藥一直被運用於香水、薰香和保健。亦做為防腐及宗教儀式之用。沒藥擁有強效的清潔特性，也可舒緩肌膚，促進柔順、年輕的膚質。

沒藥精油號稱“生殖器官的保護神”，可殺菌，消毒力強，可以抑制皮膚炎症，對面皰濕疹都有療效。能滋潤乾裂和凍瘡皮膚，對皺紋也有效。製造香水的基礎香精之一，可讓人感到溫暖宜人。增強腦部活力，恢復身心朝氣，清醒頭腦。孕婦避免使用，一般人也不可高劑量使用。

用途

於牙膏中加入1-2滴強化清潔功效。

擴香以提振心情。

加入乳液或滋潤霜等護膚用品，幫助減少肌膚細紋與皺紋。

於1/4杯的水中加入1-2滴，再倒入些許龍舌蘭或蜂蜜  飲用。

使用方式

擴香：在各式芳香噴霧器中倒入3-4滴精油。

內服：將一滴精油倒入約4盎司(118ml)的飲品中服用。

外用：於所需部位塗抹1-2滴精油。

注意事項

可能會引起肌膚過敏。放置處應遠離孩童。懷孕、哺乳或接受治療者，請先諮詢醫師再使用。避免接觸眼睛、內耳等敏感部位。

Myrrh essential oil has been an integral part of religious rituals, health practices, beauty treatments and perfumery for thousands of years.

Used in an oil burner, a few drops in the bath or blended as a massage oil or cream it is renowned for increasing mental strength, focus and clarity of mind. It’s also a wonderful scent for people with feelings of apathy so is a great oil if you need some 'get up and go'.

Myrrh is also often used as an ingredient in treatments for oral complaints including mouth ulcers, gingivitis, spongy gums and sore throats but is purported to have many other uses including the reduction of catarrh, easing of colds and coughs, alleviation of sores, as a skin care ingredient and as a remedy for athlete’s foot, eczema, bedsores, chapped and cracked skin, boils and acne.

The therapeutic properties of myrrh oil are thought to include anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent, carminative, expectorant, fungicidal, sedative, digestive and tonic.

Aroma: musky and smoky. Note: do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding.
