用途

以薑黃舒緩肌膚不適部位或全臉使用幫助減少面皰或增 進健康的光澤。

 擴香薑黃或於手中滴一至兩滴精油深吸香氣以促進正面 情緒亦能提升心情。

激烈運動後於使用薑黃精油搭配以幫助伸展拉筋 舒緩全身。

使用方式

擴香：於芳香噴霧器中滴入三至四滴精油。

內服：將一滴精油倒入約120毫升的飲品中服用。

外用：於所需部位塗抹一至兩滴精油。以基底油稀釋降低 肌膚過敏。請參閱以下注意事項。

注意事項

可能會引起肌膚過敏。置於孩童伸手不及處。懷孕、哺乳 或接受治療者，請先諮詢醫師再使用。避免接觸眼睛、內 耳等敏感部位。

Turmeric essential oil has the same fresh, spicy and woody aroma as the powdered spice used in Eastern cuisine, but is even more vibrant and delicious.

Used in an oil burner, a few drops in the bath or blended as a massage oil or cream, turmeric oil is said to be good for arthritis, muscle aches and pains and rheumatism. It is known to be an insect repellent and is an uplifting oil which can ease anxiety, stress and related illnesses, insomnia, nervous fatigue, relieving the physical and mental symptoms of depression.

It is said to aid with realising one's own potential or increasing the desire for change and helping to eliminate anguish and fear. The therapeutic properties of turmeric oil include analgesic, anti-arthritic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, bactericidal, diuretic, hypotensive, insecticidal, laxative, rubefacient and digestive stimulant.

Aroma: fresh, spicy and woody. Note: do not use when pregnant or breastfeeding, may irritate sensitive skin, use in moderation.
